Mr. Geha focuses his practice on banking and financial institutions, creditors’ rights, commercial transactions, and strategic legal initiatives, involving compliance, information technology, and supplier relationships. His practice includes both transactional and litigation matters for a range of companies and institutions, with an emphasis on public and closely held companies and financial institutions. He defends directors and officers lawsuits and provides counsel as to government actions and administrative proceedings. He defends actions initiated by the Federal Deposit Insurance Company (FDIC). In addition, he serves as outside general counsel for various companies and handles real estate matters.
